This is an elevation sketch for new commercial project. The unique condition of this project is that the back elevation is not 'back' elevation any more in this site. Back side of the building faces a big parking lot so that front and back facade shall express its design intent. The concern of this condition is that a typical commercial building has to have back side in which there is service space. It is big challenge of this project and we are working hard to create solution for this condition.
