25 story office/residential building with double facade assembled with outer composite metal panels and glass curtain wall system inside.

Orange patterned landscaping would express its identity with orange color and outer metal screens.


The double facade was designed to control solar heat. In summer time, the two layers of the panels will provide sun screen and in winter, they allow to pass the heat into the building.


Semi-covered roof top floor can provide roof top garden and observatory.
